Lawrence N. Perrotta
Lawrence N. Perrotta, 82, of New Castle, passed away the evening of October 3, 2017 at his son’s residence. Born on April 18, 1935 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Samuel and Mary Mastrodi Perrotta. He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Rafella Piccirillo, on February 2, 1975. On April 23, 1977, he married his wife, the former Marietta L. Veri, and she preceded him in death on January 22, 2016.

Lawrence retired as the business agent for Construction & General Laborers Union Local 964. After retirement, he worked for Beacon/Car Quest and Hovis Auto Parts as a delivery driver. Larry was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Church. He enjoyed fishing, visiting casinos, and playing pool and bocce.

Larry is survived by his children, Larry A. Perrotta and Michael A. Perrotta, both of New Castle; brother, Sam Perrotta of New Castle; grandchildren, Anthony Perrotta and Karalinn Perrotta; great-grandchild, Briella; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. In addition to his parents and wives, he was preceded in death by an infant sister.

Visitation will be held Friday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Ed and Don DeCarbo Funeral Home and Crematory 941 S Mill St. A procession will leave the funeral home Saturday at 9:30am to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am at St. Joseph the Worker Church, officiated by Father William Siple.

Interment will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery.
